I/ TOUR CONSULTANT :

 

1-     Job duties:

 

Research and design travel programs, tour itineraries and package tours for FIT customers

Design tour programs according to GIT clients’ requests

Seek for appropriate land tour partners and negotiate for best price/quotation

Coordinate with marketing partner for marketing plan and execution

Seek and approach the targeted customers by various channels: telesales, email marketing, 

social network, sales visit, travel agents, and exhibition, etc…

Operating all the tours on:

Visa

Air tickets

Confirmation with local/international service providers and partners

Advise clients on travel arrangements, e.g. visas and passports

Direct contact with customers to collect all required documents

Train and present products and visa to secure relevant partners to understand the products 

and services

Perform after sales services to foster and maintain strong relationship with customers

Other duties assigned by manager 

 

2-     Job requirements:

 

University graduation

Have a clear career objective

Pro-active, self-reliant, team player, aggressive with “can-do” attitude

Task and time management skills

Problem analysis and solving skills

Strong sense of dedication and commitment to work

Good interpersonal skills, especially communication skills

Good customer service skills 

Responsibility, independence and teamwork quality

Large knowledge about travel destinations (world geography and culture)

Ability to work under high pressure, especially sales target pressure

Good command of English, good computer skill (Excel, Word, Power Point, Email)

Ability to travel when required

II/ TELESALES :

 

1- Job duties :

- Making calls to potential customers

- Follow contract

-Corporate with sales admin

-Daily report to supervisors

-Input data into system

-Deliver effective result to client & company

 

2- Job Requirements

 

- Female

- Experience in telesales, service mind is preferable.

- College Graduation or higher

- Soft & clear voice, attractive voice,

- Interested in working in the office and over the phone.

- Willing to accept when the customer refused.

- Time management skills, proficient use of Internet and MS Office software.

- Ability to work under pressure

- Team work skill and independent

- Hard working, enthusiastic and progressive.
